The system operates directly from a 3D model: it measures the real geometry, aligns components, and automatically generates toolpaths—so production runs without manual reprogramming for each beam.
The cell combines laser-based measurement with adaptive welding logic to compensate for typical part tolerances and assembly deviations, improving repeatability and overall throughput.
