Working Range up to 20m
Designed to handle large-scale production, the track system supports an effective working length of up to 20 meters. This allows for the complete processing of long I-beams and H-beams in a single setup, significantly increasing throughput for structural steel fabrication.
The robot is mounted on a mobile pedestal, allowing it to cover massive workspaces that would otherwise require multiple stationary robots or manual repositioning of parts.

Synchronized Pedestal Motion
The robot’s movement is fully synchronized with the linear track (7th axis). This allows the pedestal to transport the robot precisely to any point along the beam, maintaining optimal reach without stopping.
Stable & Protected Design
The system features a rigid pedestal base that ensures vibration-free stability. The track guideways are fully protected against welding spatter and industrial dust to ensure long-term reliability in harsh environments.
