Serial Production Welding Automation at Metakon
Operator Training and Welding Quality Approval
The robotic welding complex was supplied to Metakon to assemble and weld serial products with stable and repeatable quality. The main objective of the project was to increase productivity while reducing workforce dependency and ensuring consistent welding results in serial manufacturing.
Quant Robotics provided full operator training for working with the robotic welding system, including the ability to make adjustments in case of future product changes. Welding parameters were jointly configured with the customer, and the weld quality was officially approved by the plant's chief welding engineer.
